Position: Client Service Coordinator (CSC)

The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary medical team, ensures good communication with associates and clients, and coordinates care in a welcoming, friendly, and efficient manner. The role involves encouraging clients to return and refer others.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and managing client flow to ensure superior care and team productivity.
  • Maximize pet visits through efficient hospital operations.
  • Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service, including educating clients about pet health and hospital services.
  • Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information entry.
  • Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, retail sales, and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage finances with accurate balances and proper procedures.
  • Perform administrative functions as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Capabilities:
  • Strong multi-tasking, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and client service skills.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and provide directions.
  • Mathematical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work weekends is required.
Compensation:

The pay range for this role is $16.93 - $21.63 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, education, and location.
