FACE FOUNDRIÉ®️ is seeking a Part Time Client Service Coordinator in Wayzata, MN. The role centers on delivering an exceptional guest experience, scheduling appointments accurately, and promoting memberships and products.

You will educate guests on services and skincare and work with the Operations Manager on inventory needs. Ideal candidates have guest service or sales experience; salon experience is preferred, and esthetic students are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience and uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s hospitality standards.
• Accurately schedule appointments with attention to detail.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, including memberships and retail products.
• Educate guests on FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s services, memberships, and skincare products.
• Monitor inventory levels with Operations Manager and communicate needs.
• Support daily front bar and studio operations for smooth performance.
• Maintain store presentation reflecting the FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols for guests and staff.
• Participate in training and team meetings to align with goals.
• Keep front bar organized, clean, and stocked for a great guest experience.

The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyguest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceeding standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist, you will perform the following critical functions.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by upholding and exceeding FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
• Accurately schedule appointments with efficiency, precision, and a strong attention to detail.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, including membership enrollments and retail product sales.
• Confidently educate guests on FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s services, memberships, and skincare products to promote continued client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate supply needs.
• Support daily operational processes to ensure seamless front bar and studio performance.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation standards to reflect the FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand at all times.
• Follow all company timekeeping, safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance and a safe, clean environment for guests and team members.
• Participate in all required training and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals, initiatives, and best practices.
• Take ownership of keeping the front bar area organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
