Client Service Manager, JGA
JGA seeks an organized, proactive, and highly dependable professional to join our Client Service team as Client Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a skilled project manager who takes initiative, thinks ahead, and enjoys bringing structure and momentum to complex philanthropic consulting work. This individual will work closely with consultants to manage multiple client engagements, maintaining visibility into timelines, deliverables, budgets, and upcoming needs.
The Client Service Coordinator serves as the primary operational partner to consultants, helping teams stay organized, accountable, and focused on the goals of each engagement. The successful candidate will combine strong attention to detail and follow-through with the judgment to anticipate next steps, identify potential risks, and proactively keep projects moving forward.

Provide proactive project management for active client engagements from internal kick‑off through completion.
Monitor the financial progress of active engagements and work with consultants to keep projects aligned with established budgets.
Manage scheduling, communication, and logistics that support effective client delivery and firm operations.
Contribute to the effectiveness of the Client Service team and ongoing improvement of JGA’s project management and client service practices.
