Position Summary
The HHH Client Services Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between Precision Medical Billing Inc. (PMB) and our Home Health & Hospice (HHH) Billing and Revenue Recovery clients. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, onboarding new clients, monitoring claim activity, preparing reports, and ensuring timely and accurate communication. The coordinator plays a key role in supporting revenue cycle integrity, client satisfaction, and service delivery. This position operates in a hybrid structure with occasional in-office meetings, client engagements, or company events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for all HHH Billing and Revenue Recovery clients, maintaining strong, proactive communication. • Conduct regular meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to review claim performance, reports, and service concerns.
• Respond to client inquiries and escalate unresolved issues to internal supervisors as needed.
• Review and analyze claim-related reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports, including complex reports, and ensure timely upload to ShareFile. • Keep ShareFile folders organized by maintaining only current or active documents. • Facilitate onboarding of new clients by verifying agreements, setting up system access, coordinating payer credentials, and establishing meeting/reporting schedules. • Manage client satisfaction surveys (once automated), as well as new client and anniversary gifts. • Confirm and coordinate client and internal meetings; assist with document handling and task follow-up. • Support special projects, administrative functions, and cross-departmental initiatives as assigned.
Education & Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
· At least 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including direct client interaction.
· Home Health or Hospice billing experience preferred but not required.
· Experience with team coordination or light managerial responsibilities is a plus.
Technical & Computer Skills
· Minimum typing speed: 40 words per minute (wpm).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
· Familiarity with electronic billing systems, payer portals, and document-sharing platforms (e.g., ShareFile).
· Ability to build and analyze Excel reports using formulas, filters, and basic formatting.
