About the Role
Konare Law is a boutique immigration firm focused on removal defense — we represent individuals and families fighting deportation. The work is fast-paced, mission-driven, and deeply personal to our clients. Many of them speak Spanish as their primary language, which is why bilingual fluency is essential to this role.

Retainer & Contract Coordination
- Prepare retainer agreements and quotes following firm guidelines (attorney-supervised)
- Collect retainer down-payments during client onboarding
- Update client records with payments, balances, and contact information
Office Operations
- Schedule meetings, consultations, and appointments
