FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to create a welcoming, positive experience for every guest. You will uphold store standards in customer service, phone etiquette, and product recommendations.

This role combines guest service with sales, aiming to meet or exceed goals set by the Store Manager. Flexibility for part-time or full-time, with nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Sales experience desirable.
• Salon experience preferred.
• Esthetics student status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards for guests.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the Store Manager to notify when supplies are low.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure compliance at all times.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked.

The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Client Services Coordinator you will perform the following critical functions.
