Job summary

Towne Insurance in Richmond is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support the benefits sales team by handling new and renewal processes, coordinating applications, and responding to client questions by phone, email, and in person.

You will maintain CRM data, prepare renewal packets, create presentations, and collaborate with brokers to deliver expert service while upholding accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Current life and health license or willingness to earn one within six months of hire is required.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft CRM, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Access.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Excel spreadsheets and assemble administrative and compliance materials for new and renewing business.
• Submit applications, client changes, and enrollment forms to carriers and follow up for completion.
• Assist clients with claims, billing, and daily inquiries.
• Order and prepare renewal information packets for employee benefits meetings.
• Maintain accurate client benefit information in CRM and improve workflows.
