Pursuit is seeking a Client Service Associate to join a small, collaborative financial services team in Mishawaka. This on-site role focuses on assisting clients with financial service needs, managing requests via phone/email/in-person, calculating RMDs, and communicating with Schwab, American Funds, and Ameritas.

The role offers a client-facing environment in a tight-knit team, with opportunities for growth and exposure to multiple financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of financial services support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Previous client service/associate-level experience.
• Comfortable working directly with clients.
• Series 66 & Series 7 strongly preferred.
• Life insurance license preferred, but not required.
