Job description

We invite you to explore career opportunities at Aerobodies, we seek to find a Client Service Associate to join the our Team.

Client service associates willinteract with customers on a daily basis, providing them with information about products and services, answering questions, resolving issues, and working with Team Members ensuring details and deadlines are met.

Role and responsibilities:

1. Conduct scripted survey calls for two high level clients

2. Submit data from calls into system called Web App as well on excel spreadsheet

3. Work closely with Project Manager to generate monthly reports

4. Oversight over team’s performance and progress to ensure deadlines are met when Project Manager is unable to do so

5. Participate in virtual meetings with client(s) and assist with providing feedback and explanation of reports

6. Weekly meetings with Project Manager to discuss updates, questions, workflow, etc

Qualifications:

1. Knowledgeable of Microsoft office, especially Excel - intermediate/advanced level

2. Effective and efficient communication skills - verbal, written, and listening

3. Detail oriented - able to notice items in the reports that may have been overlooked
