Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate (CSA) to play a critical role in the client service process of our boutique, multifamily office. The CSA will support the firm by executing administrative and operational tasks, collaborating with senior advisory and service professionals as they manage client relationships and oversee other complex deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist in managing client inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Account Administration: Handle account opening and maintenance processes with RIA, bank, and other financial intermediaries. This will include documentation preparation, verification, and follow-up.
  • Operational Tasks: Execute transactions, process wire transfers, and manage cash movements within client bank and investment accounts in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain highly organized and up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Prepare proposals, presentations, planning drafts, and other necessary meeting materials, and assist in the reconciliation of follow-up actions.
  • Data Management: Update and manage client information in CRM & project management systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute periodic account statements, performance reports, and other client-specific reports as needed.
  • Compliance Support: Assist in monitoring and ensuring adherence to compliance standards, including the preparation of required documentation and reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support client service initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably within wealth management, investment management, or a family office setting.
  • Professional credentials such as the Series 65, CFP, CPA/PFS, EA, CPWA or equivalent are highly desirable but not required.
  • Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems; experience with Wealthbox, Tamarac, Right Capital is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation package for this position includes an anticipated base salary range of $55,000–$70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and credentials. The ideal candidate will benefit from the potential for discretionary bonuses based on overall firm success. Comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and others will be made available subject to firm capacity and alignment with the total rewards considered for this position. This position is expected to be allotted 15 days of PTO in addition to all Federal Reserve Bank holidays.

This is a 100% remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the continental United States.
