Job description

Job Title: Client Relationship Associate

Details:
  • Pay: $23/hr
  • Start Date: 06/13/2025
  • Training Schedule: Mon-Sun, 8:30 am - 5 pm, full-time attendance required.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Responsibilities:

As a Client Relationship Associate, you'll work in the Change of Ownership department, handling inbound calls to assist clients through significant life changes. Your tasks include guiding beneficiaries, updating accounts, securing assets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Knowledge of IRA, individual, and trust accounts is essential, along with delivering empathetic, clear, and knowledgeable support.
