Job summary

Magnit is seeking a detail-oriented support professional to assist Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants with account openings and maintenance in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will handle routine inquiries, enforce AML/KYC requirements, and help ensure accurate documentation and timely client service.

Under supervision, you will review issues, analyze data, and support with reports, while maintaining professional communication and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers calls and questions from Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants about account opening and maintenance.
• Enforces documentation requirements of clients and accounts to meet industry policies and regulations (AML/KYC).
• Reviews issues, analyzes data, and determines corrective action.
• Processes basic department reports and resolves account issues with FAs and SAs.
• Maintains detailed records/notes of client requests and ensures timely completion.

Job Summary

Under direct supervision, uses intermediate skills obtained through experience and training to assist Financial Advisors and provide clients with quality service. Follows established procedures to perform routine tasks and receives general guidance and direction to perform a variety of non-routine tasks with limited decision-making responsibility. Routine contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify, or provide facts and information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answers calls and questions from Financial Advisors (FA's) and Sales Assistants (SA's) related to account opening and maintenance.
• Via department workflows, enforces documentation requirements of clients and accounts to meet industry policies and regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Client.
• Reviews standard issues, analyzes and interprets data, and determines appropriate corrective action.
• Processes various basic department-related reports and contacts FA's and SA's to resolve account issues.
• Supports and complies with established policies and procedures. May recommend suggestions to improve workflows, policies, and procedures.
• Contributes to department projects, documentation, general analysis, and testing as needed.
• Reviews daily tasks for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains detailed records/notes to ensure all client requests are logged and completed in a timely fashion.
• Receives cross-training and assists with other operational functions as required.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $19.83/hour - $26.44/hour
