That’s why we are committed to managing our clients’ investments by truly understanding them as people first and then delivering advice, strategies and solutions to help them feel confident about the plans they are making, whether for today, tomorrow, or in the great unknown future. Our goal is to build long‑term relationships based on respect, integrity, and a belief that our responsibility is to help people make smart investment decisions in every stage of their lives.

Our culture is grounded in our CORE values: Client First, One Team, Respectful Candor, and Endless Curiosity. These values guide everything we do, for our clients and each other. As a member on the Client Services team, you’ll play a pivotal role by partnering with the Financial Planner providing a high level of customer service to our clients.

We are looking for someone with financial services experience to help us deliver outstanding service by building and encouraging the client relationship, as well as performing all related administrative functions. If you have outstanding client service and communication skills, with a good understanding of finance, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client meetings, including greeting clients, appointment preparation, and supporting the completion of required paperwork.
  • Supervise client account activity, researching and resolving issues.
  • Prepare and review all new account paperwork to ensure documents are complete and in good order.
  • Verify accounts are traded into the accurate model and aid operation teams as needed; supervise incoming rollovers, other investment funding, and transfers to ensure that all applicable accounts moved.
  • Document key client achievements and other relevant data into systems that will assist in future client interactions.
  • Maintain risk awareness and compliance; identify problems in a timely manner while aligning with standard resolution policy, the established corporate process, and regulatory procedures.
  • Support the firm’s initiatives, assist with any company‑wide projects and activities, and attend functions as needed.
  • Participation in projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts to ensure CSA voice is represented.
Requirements
  • Two years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer) is preferred.
