Client Services Associate - HYBRID

What you’ll do:

1. Collaborate with Client Service Associates to support ultra-high-net-worth clients and ensure accurate data/documentation.
2. Coordinate with custodians and internal Operations teams to efficiently process client requests.
3. Prepare necessary documents for portfolio rebalancing and handle money transfers.
4. Oversee the opening/closing of accounts and manage cash/security transactions.
5. Assist in creating presentations and proposals and ensure billing accuracy through analysis and review.

What you will need:

1. Bachelor’s degree – Finance or Business preferred
2. 5-7 years’ experience within the financial services industry
3. Ability to work within a fast paced, collaborative team environment
4. Organizational skills and high attention to detail.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
