About the Role
The Client Service Associate plays an integral role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our wealth advisors. This position requires a commitment to stellar client service, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a small company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences at every interaction
- Address client needs with thoughtful, service-focused solutions
- Managing the firm’s CRM to strengthen client relationships and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Track and resolve service requests promptly and accurately
- Proactively manage documents, information, and follow-ups between advisors and clients
- Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to team success
- Assist other departments, as needed, with opportunities to gain exposure to compliance, billing, and marketing

Education, Experience, Licenses & Designations
We seek the following in our Client Services Associates:
- Minimum of two years of financial services experience preferred
- Other professional client service experience will be considered
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary/hourly range of $65,000 to $75,000, while considering the candidate's experience
