Job summary

AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career with upside, not a dead-end job. You will speak with warm leads who already requested help on financial-protection options, and you will be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

The work involves taking requested conversations, explaining benefit options simply, helping clients enroll when it is a fit, and maintaining a clean follow-up rhythm. Interviews are on Zoom.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling financial protection or insurance options is a plus.
• Ability to communicate benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Comfortable on camera and in virtual interviews.

Responsibilities

• Take conversations from warm leads, not cold lists.

• Assist clients in enrolling when appropriate.
