AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote sales-oriented role with growth potential. You will work warm leads, talk with clients who requested information on financial-protection options, and be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

Responsibilities include converting conversations into enrollments when appropriate, maintaining a diligent follow-up rhythm, and following a written process so you’re not inventing the job. Interviews happen on Zoom.
