You will handle daily client inquiries by phone and in person, schedule meetings, open new client accounts, and ensure paperwork is accurate for processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Series 7 preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Onsite work with travel less than 25%.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily client inquiries by phone and in person, including scheduling meetings.
• Open new client accounts and process money movement; research information as needed.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to assist servicing existing clients.
• Create and maintain records using CRM software; ensure accuracy of documentation.
