Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Service Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of large corporate or financial institution clients within Global Trade Products and Services. You will build strong relationships, deliver tailored trade solutions, and uphold the bank's standards across a global team.

In this role within Trade and Working Capital, you will guide clients on trade products like Letters of Credit, manage onboarding and complex transactions, and collaborate with bankers and sales

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and internal partners on trade products, including Letters of Credit.
• Resolve client requests independently and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Manage transaction service queues and coordinate with various bank teams for resolution.
• Provide timely follow-up and ensure client satisfaction.
• Offer guidance and training to team members based on trade product expertise.
• Participate in joint client calls with Bankers and Trade Sales Officers.
