Responsibilities:
  • Sales Cycle Management: Support clients through sales stages, conduct sales calls, articulate Toptal's benefits, and manage deal cycles from discovery to close.
  • Client Experience: Maintain a customer-centric approach, build rapport, research clients, and stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaboration with Team Members: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries using Zoom and Slack, ensuring clear communication.
  • Growth and Development: Seek and implement feedback to improve individually and as a team.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in software or tech sales is a plus.
  • Availability during working hours for client calls.
  • Client-centric mindset, with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Competitive attitude with a desire to exceed quotas.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and share knowledge.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Attend scheduled virtual meetings on camera.

Compensation and Benefits:

US salary range: $50,000 - $60,000/year, plus uncapped commissions. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, telehealth, employee assistance, and paid time off.
