1. Manage the day-to-day operation of the hatchery vaccination devices, including documentation and compilation.
2. Provide leadership and be a self-starter for innovative concepts in poultry vaccination at the hatchery.
3. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Prepare reports and evaluate processes related to hatchery-level vaccination.
5. Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams.
6. Have prior expertise in handling hatchery customers.
7. Be willing to relocate anywhere in India.
8. Multilingual skills are an added advantage.
9. Be prepared to travel 20 days per month and stay in the field.
10. Qualifications: BE/BTech, ITI, Diploma, Certification Course, Distance Learning, or Graduation.
11. Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint tools.
