Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead to guide individuals on their personal journeys and help them understand options throughout the process.

You will lead by example, fostering a culture of trust and exceptional service within your team, while delivering compassionate customer-focused care in a mission-driven environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (leadership roles preferred).
• Leadership experience or ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.

What You Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of sales experience
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles)
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus
