Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead to guide individuals through their wellness journey. You will educate clients on options, foster trust, and model exceptional service while leading a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, strong communication, and a passion for helping people in fast-paced, service-focused environments. This is a mission-driven, full-time role on-site in Southlake, TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles).
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus.
