Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead who will guide individuals through their journey, explain options, and support them throughout the process. You will lead by example, fostering trust and exceptional service within your team.

Ideal candidates bring customer service leadership experience and a background in sales, with a proven ability to motivate others and communicate clearly in fast-paced settings. This role emphasizes mission-driven service and people-first care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles).
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus.
