Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead to guide individuals on their personal journeys and help them understand their options. You will lead by example, fostering trust and exceptional service within a mission-driven team.

You’ll educate clients, build relationships, and coach others to deliver outstanding support. This role emphasizes servant leadership, empathy, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience; leadership preferred.
• Leadership ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles (hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring) is a strong plus.

What You Need
