Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead to guide individuals on their personal journeys, providing options and support while modeling trust and exceptional service for the team.

You will lead by example, building relationships, educating clients, and helping them take meaningful steps forward on their paths within a purpose-driven organization.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles).
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

What You Need
