Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead in Chandler to bring compassionate, service-minded leadership to a mission-driven team. You’ll guide individuals through options, foster trust, and model exceptional client care as you grow the program.

If you’re a proven communicator with 2+ years in sales and 3+ years in customer service (leadership preferred), you’ll mentor others, handle challenging conversations with poise, and help the team achieve meaningful outcomes for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (leadership preferred).
• Leadership experience or ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality or call centers is a plus.

What You Need
