Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead to guide individuals on their personal journeys, educate them on options, and support them throughout the process. You will lead by example, fostering trust and exceptional service within a mission-driven team.

This role emphasizes servant leadership, client education, and a collaborative culture, with a focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles).
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

What You Need

• High School Diploma or GED
