Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead in Colorado to guide individuals on their personal journeys, fostering trust and exceptional service within a mission-driven team. You will lead by example, educate clients about options, and support them throughout the process.

The role emphasizes service leadership, with training provided to help you connect with people, inspire others, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment while delivering positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles)
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus
