Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in client service or complaint resolution.
• Experience resolving complex client issues in high-volume settings.
• Mentoring or informal leadership to teammates.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage team workload and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily work of Client Resolution Specialists.
• Review responses to ensure compliance with policies and regs.
• Coach and guide specialists on complex complaints.
• Monitor workload and ensure service levels.
• Escalate high-risk issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and training of staff.
