Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in client service, complaint resolution, or related roles in financial services or regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations related to complaints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to review/refine client correspondence.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day work of Client Resolution Specialists to ensure timely, compliant resolution of complaints.
• Review complaint responses and documentation for alignment with policies and regulatory expectations.
• Provide coaching and real-time guidance on complex or escalated scenarios.
• Monitor workload, queue management, and productivity to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Handle a subset of complex/high-risk complaints requiring cross-unit coordination.
• Ensure investigations and documentation follow established procedures.
• Support onboarding and training of Specialists on systems (Salesforce) and client communication.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements to the Team Manager.
