Job description

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze client financial information to understand their goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.
  • Prepare charts, graphs, tables, and other visual aids for client meetings.
  • Input data and prepare financial plans and preliminary recommendations/solutions for Wealth Strategist or Wealth Advisor review and use in client meetings.
  • Tax planning.
  • Estate planning.
  • Insurance recommendations.
  • Charitable gifting.
  • College planning.
  • Monitor asset allocations and rebalance as needed to align with the client’s investment policy statement and overall goals.
  • Review and follow up on operational items such as wires, journals, account openings, charitable requests, and other custodian specific items.
  • Prepare and review investment portfolio recommendations for prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop comprehensive financial plans that align with client objectives.
  • Conduct investment asset class research.
  • Compile, enter, and monitor CRM workflows related to client financial planning requests.
  • Support the Wealth Planning Team.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3-5 years of wealth management experience, preferably in the ultra-high net worth market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • CFP designation preferred.
  • Strong understanding of tax, investments, and estate planning.
  • Strong investment research skills.
  • Proficient project management and presentation skills.
  • Professional business acumen and enhanced communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of eMoney planning software.
  • Strong intrinsic motivation and self‑starter with analytical skills to work independently and as part of a high‑touch team.

Physical Requirements

U.S. Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • U.S. citizens or permanent residents are preferred.
  • Proof of work authorization required.
Pay Information

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Ohio. The pay range for this position is $65,000–$72,000 USD per year.
