Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).

Responsibilities

• Support the FA/PWA/team in cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movements as requested by client/FA/PWA.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Assist with research and materials for client meetings.
• Assist with data entry for new accounts and financial planning.
