• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, maintain SLA discipline, and perform authorized proactive client outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes within the system without copying personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, or security incidents per company rules.
