Qualifications

• 2+ years in a professional office environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management: set, reschedule and confirm appointments.
• Follow up on cancelled appointments and reschedule to the calendar.
• Obtain required documents from prospects prior to visits.
• Answer phones and greet prospects and clients.
• Assist with seminars/workshops setup and cleanup.
• Maintain CRM data entry and database accuracy (Redtail).
• Assist clients with issues and account inquiries.
• Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems.
• Order office supplies and track inventory.
• Back up Front Desk as needed.
