Job summary

Management Science Associates, Inc. is seeking a data-oriented professional to run routine reports and conduct preliminary data analyses. You will learn the client’s business, profitability drivers, and how to build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and adaptability.
  • Ability to learn data-analysis concepts and apply them to client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Run routine reports and conduct preliminary analysis of data.
  • Learn the client’s business, profitability, challenges, and relationship-building.
  • Provide standard reports and basic ad hoc analysis.
  • Participate in client meetings and shadow relationship managers.
  • Coordinate with internal groups to resolve client problems and improve service.
  • Learn systematic problem solving processes used in Client Service.
  • Learn the use of company services.

Job description

Required Skills
