Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs by partnering with leadership to present a comprehensive value proposition for new products and services to grow the customer base and increase ongoing customer loyalty.
• Assist with contract status reports and renewals within the assigned book of business to ensure swift resolution and completion.
• Manage client meetings, summarizes meeting notes, and disseminates follow-up action items to upper management.
• Build relationships with clients through regular meetings to identify needs and opportunities that will further trust and brand recognition.
• Conduct quarterly executive reviews to review business deliverables and to evaluate new opportunities.
• Identify at-risk accounts and consult with internal partners to assist with the development of action plans to address customer risks and opportunities.
• Reviews contracts on a customer-by-customer basis and conducts specific follow-up measures to ensure contract compliance and timeliness.
