We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Client Relationship Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong partnerships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving satisfaction and loyalty. You will contribute to the growth of our business by developing and implementing client engagement strategies that enhance relationships and support our organizational goals.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve service delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client value.
  • Monitoring industry trends and client feedback to inform service improvements and innovations.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management, preferably in a healthcare or clinical research environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • HEOR/RWE experience preferred.
