Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a seasoned Program Manager to oversee Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services client programs remotely in the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor activities, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining strong client communications.

Responsibilities include leading weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews, documenting key decisions, and managing changes and risks. Travel up to 25% may be required for client engagements and internal meetings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years related client services experience.
  • 5+ years managing complex program activities with high accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel - less than 25%.
  • Proven product knowledge in business area.

Responsibilities

  • Review weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and document key points and decisions.
  • Monitor all program activities and IT projects; set due dates and responsible parties.
  • Follow up on action items to ensure responsibilities and deadlines are met.
  • Provide weekly status on all program activities and progress.
  • Solicit feedback from task owners on sub-tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date activity timelines and report progress/delays.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely completion of tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients to meet objectives.
  • Escalate delayed activities to program leadership and address missing deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for regularly reviewing weekly, monthly & quarterly - program activities with the client.
  • Attend all program and client meetings, takes detailed meeting notes during client interactions and internal strategy sessions, ensuring all key points and decisions are documented.
  • Monitors all program’s activities and IT projects associated with the program
  • Includes setting due dates and responsible parties
  • Follows up on action items from meetings, ensuring that responsibilities are clear, and deadlines are met
  • Weekly report out of all program’s activities
  • Solicit feedback from the activity/task owners on sub-tasks
  • Maintain up-to-date activity timeline, articulate progresses and delays
  • Develops and manages activities timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Obtain consensus for activities risks, decisions and closures
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks related to program activities.
  • Facilitates communication between internal teams and external clients to ensure all activities objectives are understood and met.
  • Escalate delayed activities to program’s leadership
  • If activity owners are missing deadlines consistently and/or are unresponsive.
  • Managing contract amendments and project change requests for the client.
  • Coordinates customer interactions with internal & external partners to meet the evolving business needs of the client.
  • Responsible for sharing and presenting current and future program expectations during weekly meetings with client leadership in addition to Quarterly Business Review meetings with client’s Access and Marketing teams.
  • Manages client access to internal applications including client-facing data reports and data streams with 3rd party vendors.-
Qualifications
  • Min 5 years related client services experience, preferred
  • Min 5 years’ experience in managing complex program activities with high accountability, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to travel - less than 25%
  • Proven product knowledge in business area

Training and Work Schedules

Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CT the first week of employment. Attendance is mandatory. This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work a scheduled shift of 7am - 7pm CT.
