Job Summary:

SWFL Inc. is seeking a proactive, results-driven Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing client expectations, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales goals.
  • Communicating with customers, outreach to potential customers, and following up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
  • Mining data and creating processes to convert leads to customers.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with members, stakeholders, and annual partners.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently, providing solutions and follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and use consultative sales approach.
  • Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor client account health, performance metrics, and satisfaction to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and service issues using CRM systems.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and company offerings to best serve client needs.
  • Attend all SWFL Inc. events and programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
