Job Summary:
SWFL Inc. is seeking a proactive, results-driven Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing client expectations, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
- Closing sales and achieving sales goals.
- Communicating with customers, outreach to potential customers, and following up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
- Mining data and creating processes to convert leads to customers.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with members, stakeholders, and annual partners.
- Resolve client issues efficiently, providing solutions and follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and use consultative sales approach.
- Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor client account health, performance metrics, and satisfaction to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and service issues using CRM systems.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and company offerings to best serve client needs.
- Attend all SWFL Inc. events and programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
