CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC in Akron/Canton, OH is seeking a Client Relationship Leader to grow our CAAS practice serving public, private, and nonprofit clients. You will expand existing relationships and develop new connections through local networking, under the guidance of the Managing Principal.

You will recognize opportunities, close business, and implement a sales strategy while effectively project managing engagements and maintaining business development targets in CRM.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including Big Four Audit Manager or other public accounting
• Client services delivery orientation and ability to build relationships with senior executives
• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business or related field required
• CPA certification preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain confidence and respect of executives and teammates

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new ones in the community
• Collaborate with Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive business
• Recognize opportunities, problem-solve, and close business at targeted accounts
• Implement a sales strategy for new prospects, prepare client presentations, attend networking events
• Project manage engagements to meet client needs and deadlines
• Maintain business development targets and CRM activity
