Signgrafx in Houston is seeking a creative, organized Client Relationship & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our team. This role blends design skills with customer interaction, project coordination, and long-term relationship building.

You will guide signage projects from concept through production and installation, serving as the main point of contact for Houston-area clients and growing into account management and sales over time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Houston-area customers
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer projects
• Respond to customer questions, requests, and project updates
• Create and revise signage layouts, proofs, and basic design concepts
• Work with customer logos, branding standards, colors, and artwork
• Prepare artwork and project information for estimating and production
• Coordinate projects with our production and installation teams
• Help schedule surveys, installations, and subcontractors
• Follow up on quotes, proposals, and open opportunities
• Keep customers informed throughout the project
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate signage and graphic solutions
• Review project details to help ensure accuracy before production
• Visit customer locations when needed for meetings, surveys, or project coordination
• Look for opportunities to provide additional products and services to existing customers

Our Houston team works closely with our Dallas production operation to deliver projects throughout Texas.

Compensation

$35,000 annual salary

Full-time, in-office position in Houston.
