Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Financial Representative to be the official face of the branch, delivering honest, client-focused service and building lasting relationships with Fidelity’s clients.

You will serve as a subject matter expert in compliance and front lobby operations, partner with the team to deepen client engagements, and participate in ongoing training to support licensing requirements and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service or financial services experience is required as a foundation.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
• Licensing preparation for Series 7 and 66 is provided.
• Tuition reimbursement may support CFP or similar credentials.
• Tech-savvy, early adopter of new tools, enhances team performance.
• Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills.
