Job summary

In this role you will support front lobby transactions, help identify opportunities to deepen client engagement, and prepare for Series 7 and 66 licenses with provided training resources.

Qualifications

• Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
• Tuition reimbursement can help obtain CFP, degree, or equivalent credential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to assess client needs and identify opportunities.
• Willingness to adopt new tools and technologies in the branch.
