Responsibilities include following processes, staying compliant with laws, and partnering with specialists to grow knowledge and networks. Some weekend/extended hours may be required to support branch operations.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and result orientation in client service.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills to meet client needs.
• Ability to educate clients on self-service banking options.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
