Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to interact with customers face to face, assess banking needs, and provide trusted financial guidance in the branch. You will open accounts, help customers with deposits and loans, and deliver solutions tailored to each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, plus ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to provide the best possible counsel.
• Originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and opening and/or closing the branch.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend financial solutions based on each customer’s goals.
