Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted relationships with customers by meeting them in-branch or face-to-face, assessing needs, and offering financial solutions.

You will educate clients on products, process deposits and loans, and help open or close accounts, delivering a high-touch banking experience. Role requires compliance with SAFÉ Act regulations, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z is required.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Bankers build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them when and where they need to provide the best possible counsel.
• Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and open and/or close the branch.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend financial solutions based on goals and needs.
