Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus one year of business or retail experience.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and regulatory issues related to daily job functions.
• Serve as customers' single point of contact for all bank products and services.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate staff to meet them.
• Meet performance goals and participate in sales campaigns.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Issue cashier’s checks, process coin, and handle deposits and payments.
• Verify transactions, place holds, and balance cash drawer.
• Assist with night deposit procedures and vault operations as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and respond promptly; escalate when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to bank policies and security procedures.
