Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship building environment
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in client interactions
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred

Responsibilities

• Drives client acquisition by engaging walk-in clients, lead management, and outbound outreach.
• Engages clients with curiosity, discovers needs, and identifies priorities.
• Explains options with features, benefits, and risks in simple, transparent language.
• Offers personalized solutions and next steps, connecting to products or partners.
• Interacts with clients to document and follow up on next steps for long-term progress.
• Educates clients on TD products and digital capabilities to simplify banking.
