Texas Capital Bank is hiring a Financial Relationship Consultant for its Fort Worth (Southlake Financial Center) team. The role focuses on establishing and deepening customer relationships, performing banking transactions, and proactive outreach to clients and prospects.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years banking experience, knowledge of deposits and lending, and strong communication skills to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years banking center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and services including deposits and lending.
• Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish, retain and deepen customer relationships by executing relationship management strategies and performing efficient and accurate banking transactions.
• Uncover the needs of new and existing customers and refer them to relevant solutions within the bank.
• Proactive customer outreach and phone calls to existing and prospect customers.
• Open accounts for walk-in customers and coordinate legal documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in community events to increase bank outreach and foster new business opportunities.
